14 years ago in France, Italian-French siblings Sylviane and Enzo Caressa had a vision: to open a restaurant with its own event space. They soon set about fulfilling their dream. Since opening the restaurant, the team at Au Quai has grown steadily, only recently with the addition of restaurant manager Osvaldo Ferilli –„pure relaxation“ - and head chef Lukas Ben Schröder, 28 years old and our man for Zeitgeist.
