18 years ago in France, Italian-French siblings Sylviane and Enzo Caressa had a vision: to open a restaurant with its own event space. They soon set about fulfilling their dream. Since opening the restaurant, the team at Au Quai has grown steadily. Our head chef Timo Müller is our man for Zeitgeist.

Food

Varied - traditional and creative - dishes are prepared using only selected ingredients. Fresh fish, local produce and the best meat, as well as numerous spices from all over the world make the perfectly prepared food an unforgettable pleasure. Of course, vegetarians and vegans will find Mediterranean food, varied and seasonally related. Rounding out a meal with exquisite wines - mainly from France, Italy and Germany - wines, spirits of the highest quality and all other drinks that you can expect.

Restaurant with event location Hamburg

The idea of founding a restaurant with its own event location was forged by the Italian-French sibling couple Sylviane and Enzo Caressa in France for the first time 18 years ago. It was realized in Hamburg - in the Au Quai this concept is successfully implemented, which proves not least the steady expansion of the professional and for the well-being of the guests endeavored team. Recently, chef Timo Müller has joined. From food for two to a big event - the Au Quai will always be a special experience for you.
